Sewer Bills Have Been Mailed
Sewer Utility bills for 2025 have been mailed and will be arriving soon. If you wish to view your balance and make a payment you may do so via our website (https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=2016). The due date is September 1.
AutoPay is now available – if you sign up via our website before August 22nd we will automatically debit your account on the due date every year.
Please note that this is a utility bill and mortgage companies do not pay this.
If your sewer bill shows a previous balance, please be aware that unpaid 2024 sewer charges will be subject to tax sale this year.
