Historical Society Meeting - Sept. 24
Join the Scotch Plains Historical Society on Wednesday, September 24 at 7:30 PM at Shady Rest Country Club (820 Jerusalem Road, Scotch Plains)for a fun and fascinating program with roller coaster enthusiast Dan Koslowski. Through pictures, narration, and music, Dan will share the history and heritage of America’s amusement parks, including memories of Bowcraft.
A lifelong thrill-ride fan, Koslowski is a member of the American Roller Coaster Enthusiasts and National Carousel Club, a music teacher, and even a model roller coaster builder. His presentation celebrates the creativity, nostalgia, and excitement behind these beloved rides.
This event is free and open to all—bring friends and family! Fellowship and refreshments will follow.
